Travel fees are NOT charged for weddings in the Portland, Salem and Eugene metro areas or other locations within a 60-mile radius of Salem, Oregon. In order to cover fuel costs and additional travel time, for weddings greater than 60 miles from Salem our travel fee is $0.45/mile round-trip (ie., a wedding 200 miles round-trip from Salem generates a $90 travel fee).
Travel fees for overnight destination weddings and weddings beyond the Pacific Northwest are arranged on an individual basis and will generally include a reasonable additional fee to cover our cost for accommodations. We are, however, more than happy to travel to any wedding destination you wish. Please call 503.588.0251 or email us with your location for specifics.
